Refund & Return Policy

At ShopMyTee, every product is made to order, just for you.
Because each item is printed individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered!
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery using our contact form or email, and include:

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • (If multiple products are affected) a photo or video showing all items together

We’ll gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the damaged product.

we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
